General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — take effect across the European Union as per 25th May, 2018

ELSAGRINIO.COM  might process your personal data to provide its services. Personal data is processed in order to arrange your bookings. Personal data are: name, phone number, email address, home address, IP address. We process personal data for this purpose because it is necessary for the execution of the booking agreement with ticketing office and travel & tours operators.

ELSAGRINIO.COM process personal data for this purpose when individuals have given consent or when ELSAGRINIO.COM has a legitimate interest to process the personal data. Depending on the ground of processing, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time or have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal or exercise of your right of objection shall not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal or exercise of the right of objection.

ELSAGRINIO.COM is highly concerned with safeguarding your information. We take the appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data. Our website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to make sure your personal data is secured and will not be used for fraud.

  • Privacy – Retention Period

Your details are strictly private and will not be sold or given away to third parties as long as there is no legal obligation for it, or it is not strictly needed to reserve and book e-tickets/e-vouchers. The details we will use to send to the respective airline or tour operators where the reservation or booking will be made are first name, last name and passport number.

All details in our system will be erased after a maximum of one year. The email address entered on the website will only be used to confirm reservation and booking, to contact you in connection with your confirmation and booking, and only if necessary.

  • Third-Party Services

In general, the third-party providers-links  used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction.
